Before Shipment
You may request cancellation before your order ships by contacting our team via LINE or email.
After Shipment
Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Returns & Warranty policy instead.
Refunds
Approved cancellations are refunded in full within 7-14 business days.
